At LANDROC, we care about our people and the communities in which we operate. We seek to be valued and valuable members of the communities in which we undertake our business.
LANDROC is committed to providing and maintaining a safe and healthy working environment for all employees, its consultants, contractors, and field workers, visitors, and members of the public. All activities operate under a strict Health, Safety and Environment Management Plan.
Our commitment extends beyond mere compliance with all laws, regulations and statutory obligations; we seek to develop a deep commitment within our organisation, such that zero incidents and injuries are simply a part of our ‘organisational DNA’. We are committed to appropriate training, assignation of responsibilities, regularly reviewing performance and keeping our staff, suppliers, contractors and project team are kept up-to-date and well informed. Our team has extensive experience in risk management and health and safety management from completion of a Take 5 for smaller tasks through to Safe Work Method Statements and full day risk assessments for more complex activities.
We seek to continually improve our performance; all LANDROC personnel are encouraged to identify and report hazardous or unsafe situations or work practices. We seek to address any issues in a positive and caring environment. Our goal is zero incidents, and injuries.
We also support healthy life styles to support our safety goals. We have a strict no smoking policy, as well as drugs and alcohol policies.
